Brandbase Studio is a brand management platform operated by Creative Cut Media. We help brand managers and agencies organize brand identity, connect social media accounts, and track performance analytics in one place.

2. What Data We Collect
- Social media access tokens (OAuth) — When you connect a platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), we receive an OAuth access token from that platform. Tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage and are never shared with third parties.
- Social media analytics metrics — We collect aggregated performance data from connected platforms: follower counts, impressions, reach, and engagement. This is platform-reported data about your accounts.
- Brand profile information — Brand names, logos, and other brand identity data you provide directly within Brandbase Studio.
- Usage data — We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics service, to understand how the product is used. No personally identifiable information is collected through this service.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To display analytics dashboards to authorized brand managers within your organization.
- To sync daily performance metrics from connected social platforms.
- To power brand DNA management, vibe scoring, and competitive analysis features within the Studio.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
4. Platform Data & OAuth
We access Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok data only with your explicit authorization via each platform's official OAuth flow.
- We request only the minimum permissions necessary to display analytics.
- You can disconnect any platform at any time from within Brandbase Studio.
- Disconnecting a platform revokes our access and deletes the stored access token within 24 hours.
- We comply with each platform's developer policies and data use requirements.
5. Data Retention
- Analytics data is retained for up to 24 months.
- Access tokens are deleted immediately upon platform disconnection.
- Account deletion removes all associated data within 30 days.

7. Changes to This Policy
We will notify connected users of any material changes to this policy via email before the changes take effect.
